Salary review: Negotiations with OFR are now finalised

Lund University's negotiations with the employee organisation OFR have now been concluded. The new salaries for OFR members are planned to be paid in May, retroactively from the salary revision date of 1 October 2023.

Managers will shortly offer employees who are members of OFR a salary appraisal where the new salary will be communicated and justified.

Notify changes in income

For OFR members who need to notify changes in income information to the Social Insurance Agency (Försäkringskassan), 2024-04-19 should be specified as the "agreement date" for the new salary. May be entitled to apply for compensation

OFR members who have been sick or on parental leave and received compensation from the Social Insurance Agency (Försäkringskassan) during the salary revision period (1 October 2023-19 April 2024), may be entitled to apply for compensation from the university.
