How the tool works

Sunet Survey is a cloud-based service that makes it easy to create surveys and distribute them via link or email. Users can then compile the survey results into reports. Sunet Survey can be used free of charge by members of staff and students at Lund University.

• Members of staff can log in using their Lucat ID, students use their student accounts.  
• Researchers who wish to use Sunet Survey for collecting research data should contact the system administrator for further information.

Sunet Survey is a commercial IT system that has been procured in accordance with the Swedish Public Procurement Act. There are many agreements and procurements in process on Sunet at the moment. As previously announced, the current agreement for the survey tool between the supplier Artisan and Sunet expires on 7 June. An extension of the agreement regarding the survey tool has now been signed and applies for the period 8 June-31 December 2024 or until a new agreement for survey tools has been entered into.
