Guidelines for communication work at Lund University
This document is mainly based on Lund University’s Strategic Plan, which addresses the importance of visibility and clarity with regard to the University’s external and internal communication, and communicative leadership, among other things. Are you a new communications officer?
Lund University has a communications officers’ network for those who work at least 50% with communication and/or work in a communications department at faculty level or equivalent. Employees in the communications officers’ network are invited to breakfast seminars and training sessions, and can join the Teams group "Kommunikatörsnätverket på Lunds universitet”.
In the Teams group, you can share information, tips and inspiration, inform about vacant positions, interesting courses and more. The communication manager at each faculty/equivalent ensures which employees should be invited to the Teams group.

Translation and language services
All units within Lund University can engage the Translation and Language Services at Corporate Communications. They offer translation and proofreading of texts from Swedish to English, as well as providing advice and support on other language issues.
