Counselling
If, as an employee or doctoral student, you feel at risk or are experiencing mental health issues related to your work environment, find out what help is available from the Occupational Health Service. We can offer private conversations with a focus on solutions to achieve a better work environment for you.
If your health problems are not work-related or you want to be assessed for more extensive talking therapy, you should in the first instance contact your local health centre. Other options include:
- Online CBT at 1177.se (in Swedish)
- Various online healthcare providers
- Psychotherapy office at the Department of Psychology
- Multifaith Chaplaincy (also available to employees)
- Family counselling in your municipality
