In case of an emergency or acute danger
Call 112
In an emergency, call 112. Remember to dial "0" first if you are calling from a desk phone.
Sos Alarm App
An SOS Alarm app is available. Calling from the app makes it easier for the operators to find the right place.
When you call from the app, you must state:
- That you are calling from Lund University
- In or at which building the emergency has occurred.
- The address where the emergency has occured.

University security control centre, 20 700
You must also inform the University security control centre by calling 20 700. The security control centre is available 24 hours a day. Stay where you are and meet the security services when they arrive. You should call the security control centre in the event of an unsafe situation, serious incident or other need for security assistance.
Remember that the phone number for the Security control center is on the back of your LU card.

Hate, threats and violence
If you have been subjected to hate, threats or violence in your workplace, via e-mail or on social media it is important that you tell your manager and report it to the university.
Victimisation and harassment
Lund University does not accept victimisation or harassment. Employees can find advice here on what to do if they are subjected to abusive conduct.
Occupational injuries and incidents
If you injure yourself during working hours, or if an incident occurs, you must report this to your line manager.
Burglary, Theft, Damage, Fire etc.
If you have been the victim of theft, discover sabotage, break-in or something else, you must make a report.
Data Privacy (GDPR)
If personal data has been lost, destroyed or obtained by third parties, for example through the loss of IT equipment, it may be a personal data incident that should be reported.
IT Security
If you suspect that you have been hacked, lost your computer or phone, you need to tell us. Then there is an opportunity to reduce the extent of the breach. Requires Lucat login (in Swedish)
The Whistleblowing Act
If you have come across misbehavior in a work-related context, you can report it.
Crisis support
A crisis is a reaction to a difficult situation such as having lost someone or experiencing a change in life. Your usual way of dealing with difficulties is not enough and you end up in a crisis. It can be so severe that you need support to start feeling better again.
Payment fraud
If we are affected by payment fraud, it is important to act quickly.

Lost LU card or keys.
Access cards and keys are personal and may not be lent out. Immediately block your LU card if you lose it. Inform your manager if you lose keys.
