Even if you have part of your health promotion benefit left and intend to purchase more health promotion activities in the autumn, it is fine to send in your receipts and documentation as you go along. This avoids the long processing delays that usually arise around the turn of the year.
Before sending in your documentation by post to the HR Division, you need to check that your original receipts specify:
- your name as the service user
- the amount due and confirmation that the activity has been paid for
- the name and details of the seller
- the activity concerned
