All doctoral students at the University will receive their new salaries from their November.
For other employees in Saco-S or who are not members of an employee organisation (i.e. not members of Saco-S, OFR/S or SEKO), the University aims to pay the new salaries in February 2024.
For employees who are members of OFR/S and SEKO, the plan is to pay the new salaries in March 2024.
All new salaries will be applied retroactively from the date of the salary review, 1 October 2023.
Information and justification of the new salary
Before the new salaries are paid, all employees must be informed of and receive a justification for their new salary.
For members of Saco-S or those who are not members of an employee organisation, you should have been offered a salary-setting appraisal with your manager, followed by a digital salary agreement in Primula. Salary-setting appraisals are scheduled to take place between 13 November and 14 December (although there may be local deviations from the schedule out there in the organisation). Saco-S members must respond to their salary agreement by 22 December. For those who are not members of an employee organisation, the digital agreement constitutes a written confirmation of the new salary.

Salary appraisals for OFR/S and SEKO members will likely occur in February 2024, when the collective bargaining is finalised.
