The salary review starts soon

women's head from behind.

This year’s salary review date is 1 October. This is the date on which your new salary will apply and from which your new salary will be paid retroactively when the University pays the new salaries.

According to the timetable drawn up by the University, which has been presented to the employee organisations, it is estimated that the new salaries will be paid out in February 2025.

The next activity is the follow-up appraisal that your manager is to offer you before the salary review. In the appraisal, you review what you had agreed on in your latest staff appraisal.

Starting in November, members of Saco-S (or those not affiliated with an employee organisation) will be offered a salary-setting appraisal in which their manager communicates and justifies their salary.

In February of next year, once the collective negotiations between the University and OFR or Seko are concluded, members of the two employee organisations will receive a decision on and a justification for the new salary in a salary appraisal with their manager.
