STINT Teaching Sabbatical is a programme that offers researchers and university lecturers to spend an autumn semester at one of STINT's eleven partner universities in the USA, Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong. The programme aims to develop both individuals and institutions. By giving researchers and university lecturers, who are passionate about education, international experiences relevant to their teaching rather than their research roles, STINT wants to contribute to educational renewal and the creation of new networks.
The faculties and the university’s specialised centres have the opportunity to nominate two candidates each via an internal process.
The nominee must have a PhD, be employed and well established in LU's activities.
Contact the faculty's international office if you want to know more about the internal nomination process, including the application deadline at your particular faculty. The faculty will then nominate candidates for the central process at LU.
