The LundaPride parade takes place on 26 August and the University wishes to take part and highlight the event. There will be refreshments in the Main University Building before we go to the starting point of the parade together.
“LundaPride is an important initiative for people’s right to be who they are and love who they want. Lund University welcomes everyone, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity and we stand up for the equal value of people. This is the reason why, for the first time, we will be involved in the Pride procession and I hope that many staff members and students choose to walk with us behind our banner,” says Pro Vice-Chancellor for Communication, Integrity and Courage, Jimmie Kristensson.
We will get together on Saturday 26 August, starting at 11:00 in the Main University Building, Paradisgatan 2.

The Pride procession takes place between 13:00 and 14:00, after which the celebrations continue in Stadsparken. You can find more information on the LundaPride website and social media:
