The Vice-Chancellor has decided that, by the middle of 2023 at the latest, all organisations within Lund University are to report incidents and occupational injuries digitally in the IA system.

The following organisations already use the IA system for reporting incidents and occupational injuries:

  • Central administration
  • Faculty of Law
  • Faculty of Fine and Performing Arts
  • MAX IV
  • Faculty of Medicine
  • The University Library
  • USV/LUKOM.

The following website contains information about which organisations have started using the system: Reporting occupational injuries and incidents | Staff Pages (lu.se)

If your organisation has not yet joined the IA system, information on how to report incidents and injuries can be found on this page: Reporting incidents and occupational injuries | Staff Pages (lu.se)

If you would like to know when your organisation will start to use the system, contact your line manager or your faculty/equivalent work environment coordinator.
