Salary-setting appraisal for non-union employees and Saco-S members
For those who are Saco-S members or non-union employees (i.e. not members of any of the employee organisations with which the University has collective agreements), your manager establishes and justifies your new salary in a salary-setting appraisal. The salary-setting appraisals will be held in the period between mid-November and mid-December.
New procedure for confirmation of the new salary
Instead of signing a printed form after the appraisal as previously, you will receive a salary agreement in Primula concerning your new full-time salary and the date from which the new salary applies.
Saco-S members need to respond to the salary agreement by selecting “Approve” or “Disagree”.
Saco-S members need to respond to the agreement by 22 December at the latest. If you do not respond to the agreement, it will be considered approved.
Written information with no reply option
Those who are non-union members receive the salary agreement as written information about the new salary in Primula with no reply option.
Salary review for OFR/S and Seko members
New salaries for OFR/S or Seko members are set and approved in collective negotiations between the employer (your manager) and the union organisations. Once the negotiations have been completed, you will be called to a salary appraisal in which your manager communicates and justifies your new salary. According to the timetable, these appraisals will be held in January 2024.
