It is popular to organise conferences and meetings at AF Borgen that include technical solutions for sound and lighting. LU Conferences has a specific solution for conference bookings there.
Bookings of conference venues outside the University are in general to be made via our procured conference booking agency Svenska Möten. The company presents different proposals based on the customer’s wishes. You can ask Svenska Möten to include specific premises in their proposals. You choose the option that best fulfils your needs. You will find the agreement in Lupin under “Inköp” (purchasing) and the search term “möte” (meeting).
You can also use Kammarkollegiet’s framework agreement. There are new agreements from 1 January 2024: Ramavtal - Avropa.se which you can find under “Resor och boende/Konferenser och möten” (Travel and accommodation/Conferences and meetings)
We do not have an agreement for conferences abroad. These are to be procured in accordance with the guidelines for direct awards Direct award of contract| Staff Pages (lu.se).
