Ann Kristin Wallengren
Pro Vice-Chancellor for Culture and Pedagogical Development.
Ann Kristin Wallengren is a professor of film studies whose teaching and research has focused on the subject since the early 1990s. Over the years, she has had management assignments as director of studies, assistant head of department and pro dean at the Joint Faculties of Humanities and Theology. In these roles, she has mostly been responsible for educational issues. In addition, for a long period she has had an assignment in the Swedish Research Council’s Review Panel for Aesthetic Disciplines.
As a pro vice-chancellor, Ann Kristin Wallengren works on the implementation of Lund University’s cultural strategy and the interaction between art and culture in education and research. At management level, she is responsible for Lund University's cultural forums for art and science, museums and collections. Ann Kristin Wallengren is also involved in the overall strategic considerations on educational issues and has a particular responsibility for the development of teaching and learning in higher education.
