This year’s theme: Societal Transformation and the University
The conference will explore how universities can contribute to sustainable development and social transformation, emphasising the importance of plurality, difference, and imagination in knowledge production. It will start with a plenary session featuring speakers from different university sectors, followed by presentations, workshops, and other activities led by doctoral students. All PhD students at Lund University with an interest in sustainable development, broadly conceived, are welcome to join!
Submissions
We invite all PhD students at Lund University to submit proposals for papers, posters, seminars, workshops or exhibitions - you are welcome to work on the 2024 theme, but also on any other themes related to sustainability.

The conference is organised by the Agenda 2030 Graduate School at Lund University, a university-wide research school and collaborative platform for issues related to societal challenges and the 2030 Agenda for sustainable development.
